Yesterday the issue fixed itself randomly after being dimm for like 2 hours and worked fine for the time I was using my pc, like 6 or 7 hours. It works, but it has like a brightness of 0.000001 or something. I can barely see the ASUS logo show up on it when I turn it on. The repair report they sent me says 'swap unit', so I'm guessing they swapped the whole panel. They also slapped a sticker on it with another serial number. So I sent it in for repair to the store I bought it from due to some bright white spots on the panel only visible on white/grey or light screens in general and the monitor came back yesterday.
